Most Frequent Questions

Step 1: Click 'My Account'.

Step 2: Click 'Create an Account'.

Step 3: Fill in all required details.

Step 4: Click 'Create Account'.

Step 5: Login to your account using email & password registered  in Step 3.

 

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Click 'Subscribe'.

Step 3: Subscribe preferred package based on your level (UPSR, PT3 or SPM)

Step 4: Fill in the payment details.

 

There are 3 packages offered:

Package 1: BASIC

Subjects: BM, BI, Sains, Matematik

Package 2: ADVANCE

Subjects: BM, BI, Matematik, Sains, Sejarah, Geografi**

Package 3: PREMIUM

Subjects: BM, BI, Matematik, Sains, Sejarah, Geografi, Matematik Tambahan, Fizik, Kimia, Biologi, Prinsip Perakaunan, Perniagaan, Ekonomi

Note:

UPSR - Standard 4 until Standard 6

PT3 - Form 1 until Form 3

SPM - Form 4 until Form 5

** is offered for PT3 only

 

Step 1: Select your preferred package.

Step 2: Fill in the required details.

Step 3: Select payment method (as listed below).

Step 4: Click 'Sign Up'.

 

Method 1 - CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

Fill in the bank card details as requested. Your payment only will be deducted after 24 hours. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours to avoid any deduction.

Method 2: BANK TRANSFER / CASH DEPOSIT

After sign up, your subscription will be activated. Please send payment receipt to etuisyenmy@gmail.com together with student details (Name, Email, No. Tel). If there is no payment received within 24 hours, your subscription will be deactivated automatically.

 

For the 'CREDIT / DEBIT CARD' method of payment, 1 Day Free Trial will start right after you click on the 'Sign Up' button until 24 hours.

 

For the 'BANK TRANSFER / CASH DEPOSIT' method of payment, 1 Day Free Trial will be activated within 24 hours & the trial will end until 12:00am of the next working day.

 

1 month subscription for any package is calculated 1 month after your package is activated.

 

Example:

Subscription is made on 15  Feb 2021.

The end date will be on 15 March 2021.

All subscriptions need to be renewed manually after your subscription ends. No auto deduction will be made for the CREDIT / DEBIT CARD method of payment.

For renewal subscription:

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Click 'Subscribe'.

Step 3: Subscribe preferred package based on your level (UPSR, PT3 or SPM)

Step 4: Fill in the payment details.

For cancellation subscription:

Step 1: Go to your Profile.

Step 2: Click 'Subscription' at the bottom of the profile page.

Step 3: Click 'Cancel'

 

 

The cancellation can be done at any time. However, there will be no refund to you even the cancellation date is ahead from the due date of the subscription & your subscription status will be active until the end of your subscription date.

 

Example

Your subscription period: 1 Feb, 2021 - 1 Mar, 2021.

If the subscription cancellation is made on 15 Feb 2021,

a) Your account still be active until 1 Mar, 2021.

b) No refund will be made.

Upgrade your subscription plan

If you want to upgrade your subscription plan, you have to make a payment based on pro-rate calculation. The additional amount to be paid will be calculated automatically by the system (refer to the example below).

 

Example

From Basic to Advance

a) Subscription Period for Basic on 1 Feb, 2021 – 1 Mar, 2021.

b) Upgrade to Advance on 15 Feb, 2021.

c) Additional amount to be paid is RM120 (Advance) - RM100 (Basic)*(15 days / 28 days) = RM66.43. (refer to no.3 for the payment method)

d) No refund for any previous payment.

 

Degrade your subscription plan

If you want to degrade your subscription plan, you have to wait for the current subscription plan to end to renew the subscription.

 

Example

From Advance to Basic

a) Subscription Period for Advance on 1 Feb, 2021 – 1 Mar, 2021.

b) Degrade to Basic from 2 Mar, 2021 onwards (refer to no. 7a).

c) Make payment accordingly (refer to no. 3).

 

1 account is limited for 1 student only. Please create an account for every student registered.

b) Access to all classes as in package subscribed

     - Live Class (with Live Chat)

    - Messenger

 

Below are the steps for #eTuisyenBantu Free Tablet application.

Step 1: Click on the link provided (https://account.etuisyen.my/etuisyenbantu/).

Step 2: Create an Account (for new user) & Login to your account.

Step 3: Click on '#eTuisyenBantu' button on the Menu.

Step 4: Fill in all required details & click 'Hantar'.

Step 5: Fulfill all conditions stated at the bottom of the application form.

Step 6: Recipients will be announced on www.etuisyen.my & being contacted by eTuisyen on 28 Feb 2021.
